1.- Introduction The Bottle Washing Machine TSXP-50 is used for cleaning and drying bottles such as glass bottles, tinplate, canned aquatic products and canned fruits. Complete process of hermos-washing-cooling-drying can be done continuously, saving time and labor. It replaces the traditional manual bottle washing to reduce costs. 2.- Features 2.1 It is made of food grade stainless steel, and the conveying speed of stainless steel conveyor chain is adjustable. 2.2 Dirty water and washing water separate pipeline design,use circulating water pump, so that the water in the water tank is best utilized. 2.3 The two circulating water tanks adpot horizontal stainless steel centrifugal water pump, high-pressure spray washing of the bottle from the top, bottom, left and right directions, can be freely adjusted according to the size of the bottle. 2.4 On the top is equipped with strong wind motor to remove excess water stains after washing and dry.
